Driver Listing may collect account information, contact information, driver profile information, rideshare or delivery app information, vehicle history, secure-message information, Lost & Found reports, Community Messages, support reports, notification preferences, audit information and other information voluntarily submitted through the platform.
Driver Listing separates information a driver elects to display publicly from information maintained privately for sanctioned Driver Listing purposes. Public visibility is controlled through the available visibility settings. Information not made public may still be used for verification, secure matching, Lost & Found, account administration, support, safety and communications with the driver.
If personal contact information is not already public, Driver Listing does not release selected contact information through a mutual exchange unless both parties explicitly opt in to the applicable exchange.
Lost & Found information may be used to compare reports and identify possible matches. Detailed identifying information may be intentionally withheld from public display to reduce false or opportunistic claims. Found-item information is not intended to become a public browseable inventory.
Driver Listing may require posters and responders to provide real identifying or contact information even when that information is not publicly shown. This information may be used for verification, support, secure communication, moderation and abuse prevention.
Driver Listing may use email, text messaging or in-platform notifications according to available preferences. Transactional, account-security, support or critical service messages may still be necessary to operate the service.
Information submitted through Support, privacy, security or abuse workflows may be reviewed and retained as reasonably necessary to investigate the issue, protect users, maintain platform integrity or comply with legal obligations.
Driver Listing may link to third-party websites, apps, offers, referral programs, payment services or social platforms. Those services control their own privacy practices. Driver Listing is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
Driver Listing may retain account, audit, message, support and transaction-related records as reasonably necessary for platform operation, security, dispute handling, legal compliance and abuse prevention, even when an item is no longer shown in a user-facing interface.
Driver Listing uses administrative, technical and operational controls intended to limit unauthorized access and disclosure. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Where available, users may control public visibility, notification preferences, contact methods, secure-message participation and other settings. Privacy-related requests may be submitted through Support or the appropriate privacy contact channel.
Driver Listing is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Driver Listing features or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
