Security, privacy-control and misuse reporting for Driver Listing.
Use Support for account-access problems, suspicious activity, notification problems, privacy concerns or other platform-security issues. Sensitive security matters may also be directed through the Driver Listing security contact channel.
Abusive, threatening, deceptive, harassing, spammy or privacy-invasive conduct may be reported through Support. Driver Listing may restrict, suspend or permanently terminate access when platform rules are violated.
Attempts to bypass secure messaging, obtain non-public contact information without consent, impersonate another person, scrape private information, manipulate Lost & Found matching or otherwise defeat Driver Listing privacy or contact controls are prohibited.
Secure messaging may not be used for harassment, threats, spam, fraud, unauthorized solicitation, impersonation, attempts to obtain private information without consent or other abusive conduct.
Submitting false Lost & Found information, attempting opportunistic claims, using matching details to obtain private information or otherwise manipulating the Lost & Found workflow is prohibited.
Community Messages may not be used to publish prohibited personal information, harass another person, impersonate another person, make knowingly false claims, spam the community or evade Driver Listing communication and privacy controls.
Driver Listing is not an emergency-response service. Contact 911 or the appropriate emergency authority when there is an immediate threat to life, safety or property.
