Driver Listing provides tools that may help drivers and other users make controlled connections, maintain driver-provided information, use secure messaging, participate in Lost & Found workflows, post or respond to Community Messages, and access other Driver Listing features.
Profile, vehicle, app, contact, service, link, media, offering, referral, payment, tip and other information may be provided directly by drivers and may change over time. Drivers are responsible for keeping their information complete and current. Driver Listing does not guarantee that driver-provided information is complete, current or accurate.
Complete and current information helps Driver Listing produce better matching, verification, Lost & Found and communication results. Information a driver does not elect to make public may still be used by Driver Listing for sanctioned platform purposes, including verification, secure matching, Lost & Found, account administration, support and communications with that driver.
Nothing is required to become public merely because it is supplied to Driver Listing. Drivers control the available public-visibility settings. A driver may participate privately in Driver Listing workflows even when no public profile is available.
Driver Listing may provide secure or double-blind messaging so people can communicate without automatically disclosing personal contact information.
If personal contact information is not already public, Driver Listing does not release selected personal contact information through a mutual exchange unless both parties explicitly consent to the applicable exchange. A request to exchange information does not itself authorize disclosure.
Driver Listing may help identify a possible match between a lost-item report and a found-item report. Not all drivers may be on Driver Listing, and a match is not guaranteed. If there is a possible match, parties may be notified through Driver Listing. No direct interaction is required, and messages may take place through Driver Listing secure messaging.
Once an item is confirmed as a match, all return arrangements and further Lost & Found activity must be handled through the rideshare or delivery app through which the original ride was conducted. Driver Listing does not replace the official lost-item or return process of Uber, Lyft, DoorDash or any other rideshare, delivery or transportation platform.
Community Messages may be used for permitted witness requests, ride incidents, looking-for-a-driver requests, recognition, community information and other structured ride-related messages. Posters and responders may be required to provide identifying and contact information to Driver Listing for verification, secure communication and abuse prevention even when that information is not publicly displayed.
Drivers may publish offers, referral codes, payment or tip methods, links and other third-party information. Driver Listing does not guarantee any offer, discount, payment method, referral benefit, earnings result, third-party program, external website or transaction. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable third-party terms before acting.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Driver Listing is an independent service and is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash or other rideshare, delivery, transportation, payment or third-party platforms referenced on the site.
Any misuse of Driver Listing, attempted circumvention of its privacy or contact controls, abuse of secure messaging, unauthorized efforts to obtain or disclose personal information, or other violation of these Terms is undertaken at the user’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the user agrees to hold Driver Listing harmless from claims, damages, losses, or consequences arising from such misuse or circumvention. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to Driver Listing.
Users are responsible for information they submit, visibility choices they make, messages they send, external links they follow and arrangements or transactions they enter into with another person or third party.
Driver Listing is not an emergency-response service. Do not use Driver Listing to request emergency assistance. Contact 911 or the appropriate emergency authority when immediate assistance is required.
Driver Listing may modify, suspend, discontinue or update features, policies, eligibility rules, workflows or these Terms as the platform evolves.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driver Listing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, user-provided information, third-party conduct, failed matches, missed notifications, external links, offers, referral programs, Lost & Found activity or communications between users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
